ICB Islamic Bank posts negative Q3 earnings

With a massive 188.23% decrease, ICB Islamic Bank reported a negative Q3 (July-September) earnings. 

In a filing with Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) on Thursday, the bank said that its earnings per share (EPS) was Tk0.15 in the negative for the Q3 of 2021 as against Tk0.17 for the Q3 of 2020; 

Meanwhile, its net asset value (NAV) per share was Tk18.01 in the negative as of September 30, 2021, and Tk17.41 as of September 30, 2020.

ICB Islamic Bank does not have any recorded dividend declaration on the DSE website. The closing price for each of its shares was Tk5.5 during Thursday’s trade.
